Safety and quality
All our products are made complying with the leading sector regulations, in particular:
Reg. UE 852/2004
Hazard analysis and critical control points (HACCP) establishes a systematic preventive approach to food safety and designs measures to reduce these risks to a safe level.
Reg. UE 1935/2004
It establishes the general requirements for all materials and objects in contact with food products (MOCA); especially, the regulations states that all materials and objects must be produced according to the good manufacturing practice, and, in normal or predictable condition of use, they do not have to transfer components to the food products in such quantities as to:
- Represent a risk for human health
- Entail an unacceptable change of the food products composition
- Entail a deterioration of the organoleptic characteristics
Regulation (EC) 2023/2006
Good manufacturing practice of materials and objects intended to come into contact with food products.
Regulation (EC) 10/2011
Specific rules for plastic materials and articles intended to come into contact with food products.
Legislative Decree 2017 n.29
Discipline sanctions for breaching the provisions of regulations about materials and articles intended to come into contact with food products.

UNI EN ISO 9001:2005
Quality Management System standards
The standards provide guidance and tools for companies and organizations who want to ensure that their products and services consistently meet customer’s requirements, and that quality is consistently improved. The standards expect the company to be able to solve problems related to the nonconformity of a product or service.
UNI EN ISO 45001:2018
Management system of occupational health
The standard is based on OHSAS 18001 and it specifies the requirement for the management systems of occupational health and safety. It allows to check all the risks and to improve the performances. It guarantees the right appliance of the decree 81/2008 on safety in workplaces
UNI EN ISO 14001:2015
Environmental Management System
It specifies the requirements for an environmental management system that an organization can use to enhance its environmental performance. It is intended for use by an organization seeking to manage its environmental responsibilities in a systematic manner that contributes to the environmental pillar of sustainability.
UNI CEI EN ISO 50001
Energy Management System
It supports organizations in all sectors to use energy more efficiently, through the development of an energy management system. This makes it easier for organizations to integrate energy management into their overall efforts to improve quality and environmental management.
Plastic disposal and recycling
Euroceppi participate to the following consortiums for the plastic disposal and recycling:
- A.R.P.I. Italian Consortium which supports recycling and eco-friendly management of special plastic waste.
C.A.R.P.I Consortiums are the real stars of the circular plastic waste economy, and they are bearers of a completely opposite view from the now abandoned “linear economy”.
– LANDBELL, a German Consortium specialized in environment and waste disposal which manages a certified and independent packaging program (“Dual System”), offering his services nationally and all over Europe.
